Karl Stefanovic, Logan Paul and KSI egged in wild Today Show scenes

The Today show was sheer anarchy today with Karl Stefanovic dodging eggs and F bombs as hundreds swarmed to get a glimpse of the show’s celebrity guests.

Karl Stefanovic was at the helm of chaotic scenes on Today this morning as hundreds of fans gathered outside Nine studios to get a glimpse of the show’s celebrity guests.

YouTube sensations Logan Paul and KSI drew an unbelievable crowd for their only breakfast television interview in Australia, with swarms of people seen lined up on Denison Street in North Sydney.

Appearing on a balcony overlooking the fan mob, Stefanovic, with his arms wrapped around Paul and KSI, asked the pair how it felt to be so popular.

Before they could answer, the trio were pegged with an egg on live TV.

“Hey!” Stefanovic shouted. “That’s an expensive suit!”

Earlier in the broadcast, Stefanovic hit the street where eager young men had camped out overnight.

Despite it being the wee hours of the morning, revellers were already bursting with energy as one man ran into shot and grabbed Stefanovic during the telecast.

A security guard swiftly jumped in to usher the fan away, before Stefanovic told the guard off for being over-protective and welcomed the young man back onscreen.

“He can do that, let the guy cuddle me,” Stefanovic said.

This prompted a handful of other gents to get their live TV moment as they all swarmed Stefanovic.

“Perfect Monday morning,” Stefanovic said as men began shouting their Instagram handles at the camera.

Another rowdy follower dropped the ‘F’ bomb, with Stefanovic quickly throwing back to the studio.

There were manic scenes on Today this morning.

Fans outside the building earlier told Nine they thought Paul was “an inspirational guy, inspirational man” and the pair were “amazing people”.

“I love them with my whole heart,” one crazed fan said.

Police were called in to ensure the rowdy group, which is speculated to have grown to more than 1000 people, in check.

Stefanovic described them a “good crowd” that were giving off the “sweet smell of Lynx Africa”.

“It’s going to be energy filled, it’s going to be action packed, and hold onto your hats,” he told viewers.

Paul and KSI are in Australia promoting their energy drink Prime, and are next scheduled to travel to Melbourne.
