A foul-mouthed driver who clashed with cops over a simple roadside breath test in country NSW was left speechless after a savage clapback from a female officer.
A simple roadside breath test in country NSW escalated into an ugly war of words filled with “sovereign citizen” jargon when the driver refused to hand over his licence.
Footage of the bizarre interaction, believed to have taken place during a recent traffic stop near Albury, was shared online this week.
The viral clip begins with a male police officer asking for the driver’s licence.
“Just give me the f***ing machine mate – I’ll blow in ya f***ing bag, I’m going,” the driver snaps.
“Give me your licence. I need to do checks. I don’t know who you are,” the policeman responds.
The man briefly refuses while flashing his licence towards the officer.
“See that. That’s my face, isn’t it? That looks like f***ing me.”
“I’ve done nothing wrong, have I? There’s no emergency here. You’ve just pulled me over because I’m a Victorian number plate in your town.”

The police officer explains to the man why he pulled him over.
“I’m asking you again to hand over your licence, please, so I can do some checks, then we can do this breath test, and we can go on our merry way,” the officer repeats.
The driver then launches into a tantrum: “Hurry the f**k up, mate, because you’re pissing (me off).”
The officer grabs the licence from the man’s hands.
“Don’t f***ing snatch you f***ing childish little f**k,” the driver yells.
More officers arrive as the original officer runs a licence check.
The passenger filming the incident mutters the word “freemasons” before launching into another argument with the other officers.
“What’s your badge number?” he asks one of the officers.
“Don’t have one – it’s not America, mate,” the new officer responds.
“Youse blokes are registered to America through an ABN number,” the passenger then claims, causing the officers to laugh.
“Do you know what your jurisdiction is?” the passenger then asks.
“New South Wales, mate,” an officer responds.
The man then argues their jurisdiction is “Norfolk Island”.
“All their ABN numbers are registered in Norfolk Island … there’s no real jurisdiction here,” the passenger states.
The original officer returns, and the licence checks out.
He conducts the breath test before a rude goodbye from the driver.
“You have a lovely day, you two, okay,” the officer says.
“You just f**k right off, alright – get out of my f***ing car,” the driver responds.
As they drive off, the two men shout various slurs at the officers.
“Who do you work for? The government?” the passenger yells.
“Who pays you?” one of the officers responds.
“I don’t work for anyone,” the passenger says.
Without missing a beat, the female officer shoots back a brutal response: “Yeah, didn’t think so.”
